Film Connection offers courses in Directing, Producing, Writing, Editing and General Production for the film and television industries. Accredited by the National Private School Alliance, Film Connection is not a Title IV School. There is a curriculum that is followed so that all students learn how movies and TV shows are really made. Business skills are part of the curriculum.
Film Connection features the mentor apprentice method of teaching students the necessary skills by having them work one-on-one with their mentor on real world projects. Film Connection enjoys working relationships with mentors in film and television directing, producing, writing, editing and general production in most major U.S. and Canadian cities.

Acting is a passion and dream for many people. However, acting is a very tough industry to break into. There are also a lot of different paths to becoming a professional actor. So the question most people have is, “Are acting schools worth it?”
Acting schools can be worth it if students choose the right one. It is important to do a lot of preliminary research on the school itself, the professors, the types of classes each school offers and how successful they are at launching an actor’s career.

It’s just very important that when you investigate acting schools that you get a referral or choose one that has a good reputation and is well known.
