Overview

The mentor-apprentice approach to learning is not a revolutionary concept in education. In fact, it’s quite the opposite. For centuries, mankind’s skills, trades, craftsmanship and artistry have been passed down in this manner, one person to another, mentor to apprentice. It has been the rule rather than the exception, especially in places and times when there were no schools to teach the skills. Accredited by the National Private School Alliance, Film Connection is not a Title IV School. There is a curriculum that is followed so that all students learn how movies and TV shows are really made. Business skills are part of the curriculum.
