DESCRIPTION

Full Sail University’s Digital Arts & Design Degree Program is a response to a new world of art and design – a world where it’s just as important to be technically capable as to have first-rate design chops.

Over the course of 21 months, we take you through a comprehensive multimedia education that is carefully designed to give you the tools to take advantage of the opportunities in today’s design industry. You get a solid grounding in graphic design fundamentals and print work, but you also create projects in a multitude of fields like interactive media design, web design, 3D computer graphics, digital video production, motion graphics, and more.


ADVANTAGES

The Digital Storytelling Course leads the student through the methods and techniques of creating personal digital content using various applications, including social networking tools. In this course, students are asked to explore a powerful suite of tools to create many pieces of personal expression, including podcasts, movies, and informative blogs. The design concepts reinforced in this course show that they could be used across all types of media.


THINGS TO CONSIDER

The world of digital art and graphic design world has always fascinated you, but you’re tired of experiencing it from a distance. Your orientation to this new world is the Digital Video course. You’ll learn the elements of designing successful projects via training in basic storytelling skills and the effective usage of different types of media. Explore the structure of the production model and learn how it facilitates digital art and graphic design, as you learn exactly what it takes to put together a multimedia project.

Financing anything – whether it’s a home, a car, or your education – is no small matter. That’s why we have a 74-person Financial Aid Department dedicated to working with you to make this sometimes confusing process easier.

SCHOLARSHIPS

In an effort to encourage and develop future generations of media professionals, Full Sail has developed the Merit Scholarship Program. Eligible participants may receive a Merit Scholarship towards the tuition of any one Full Sail degree program.

CERTIFICATIONS

All Full Sail Degree Programs are accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology (ACCSCT).

    The headline says it all.  Tuition costs have escalated to the point where students are demonstrating.  In fact, it's not unusual for a student to graduate from school hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt.

    This makes it imperative to spend some time choosing the right school to help you achieve your goals.  Sadly, in this age of hyper-inflated tuition costs, a college degree does not guarantee a job, much less a career.

    One strategy that is often overlooked when choosing a school is to talk to people who are successful in the career you want to pursue.  If you don't know anyone in your chosen field, you can often find much of this valuable information online.
