DESCRIPTION

Hallmark Institute of Photography provides a real world, serious approach to professional photographic education, where training is completed within ten months. Our objective is to successfully educate and graduate professional image makers with the technical, artistic and business skills necessary for success. Upon completion of our program, graduates can expect to open their own photographic business or fill entry-level employment positions in the diverse and competitive marketplace of today’s professional imaging industry.

To fulfill our goals, we use only the most up-to-date technology, highly experienced and qualified staff, and a logical and realistic set of standards and processes, providing each of our students the tools they need to succeed.

ADVANTAGES

There’s no better way to understand the working world of photography and imaging than to listen to people who are already participating successfully in it. That’s why we invite some of the world’s most celebrated photographers, artists, and business people to share their vision, stories, advice, and of course images with the resident class. You will see their work in magazines and on billboards. And you will also see them here! Our comfortable and spacious Auditorium, outfitted with theater seating and high-end audio and visual equipment, makes these presentations even more engaging.

THINGS TO CONSIDER

Hallmark’s faculty consists of successful professionals with a passion for photography and teaching. Each has a unique specialty but all have a very well rounded skill set in all areas of photography. Their goal is to produce the best next generation of photographers. • Tuition Costs Are Rising At Unprecedented Rates

    http://www.schoolsforme.net

The headline says it all.  Tuition costs have escalated to the point where students are demonstrating.  In fact, it's not unusual for a student to graduate from school hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt.

This makes it imperative to spend some time choosing the right school to help you achieve your goals.  Sadly, in this age of hyper-inflated tuition costs, a college degree does not guarantee a job, much less a career.

One strategy that is often overlooked when choosing a school is to talk to people who are successful in the career you want to pursue.  If you don't know anyone in your chosen field, you can often find much of this valuable information online.

The more entrepreneurial individual might go so far as to enroll in the "University of Hard Knocks" and just go for it.  The reasoning is simple: he can start his career behind the wheel of a Bentley, instead of owing his college what a Bentley costs by the time he graduates.

We're by no means advocating dropping out of school, or not pursuing an education.  However, we are advocating that you look before you leap.

The MBA in the corner office, fresh out of business school with a six-figure paycheck, is a standard trope of Corporate America. Every incoming student has heard rags-to-riches tales of that gilded certification leading to giant paychecks and even bigger bonuses. But how often do these MBA fairy tales actually come true? According to new research: not as often as you think.Read more »
