DESCRIPTION
As part of the program students will learn skills such as proper body mechanics and draping, basic organ structure and function, basic health and hygiene procedures, nutrition, and specific massage techniques, including sports massage, deep tissue, neurovascular, and hydromassage.
In addition students will receive instruction in the history of massage therapy, charting client intake and progress, business procedures, and job search preparation (resume writing, interviewing skills, conducting a job search). Students not only learn about massage, but also how to run their own business and find that perfect job. The education is all encompassing, which makes Hesser graduates more attractive to employers.
ADVANTAGES

Students are guided through each stage of their education by caring professionals, who can not only provide knowledge but can give them insight into their future careers.
